You can get everything for under $20 in most cases.

Are you ready to find out how to treat acne with over the counter products?

First off you will need to find a face wash that you like. It doesn’t matter what brand it is, but it shouldn’t irritate your skin. They key thing that washing your face will do is get rid of oil, dirt, and dead skin cells. It prepares your skin so that you may apply a topical acne medication so it works best.

Next, you will need Benzoyl Peroxide. It is a fast acting topical acne treatment. It gets into the pores, kills Acne bacteria, and also unclogs the pore. Benzoyl peroxide gets rid of acne, and with regular use also prevents acne from occurring. So even when you’re acne is gone, keep using Benzoyl Peroxide to keep it from coming back.

Finally, you will need a moisturizer. Make sure it is not oil based, and try to find one with Aloe Vera in it. The aloe vera will help heal scars caused by acne. It’s a great solution and I can’t think of a better way how to treat acne.

You have your ingredients, and now you have to know how to treat acne using them. Make sure you have about 30 minutes to dedicate to the treatment process.

First wash your face with your new cleanser. When you dry your face do not rub it, pat it dry instead. This will prevent you from irritating the skin and acne. Also let your face fully dry by waiting an extra 10 minutes.

Next, apply a small amount of Benzoyl Peroxide to the affected areas and then wait for that to dry as well. Be gentle when applying it as well, use tiny amounts and gently apply the cream. Using too much will actually cause more breakouts as it will dry out your skin and cause it to flake.

Finally, apply moisturizer to your face to keep it feeling healthy. This also prevents the Benzoyl Peroxide cream from drying out your skin.
